Foreign editors – The public organization “Concious Ukraine” filed a lawsuit with the District Administrative Court of Kiev suing the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Department of Defense of the United States represented by the United States Embassy in Ukraine.
The public organization asks the court to declare the inaction of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine illegal regarding the absence of their official statements from 15 U.S. military biological laboratories in Ukraine and compel the defendants to publish these statements. The Ukrainian online newspaper Interfax reports.
